At a 4-way or all way intersection both streets have a stop sign. The
general rule is: First to arrive, first to pass. When two cars arrive at the
same time, the car on your right will go first.
At a 4-way do the following:
• 1. Make a full stop before the pedestrian (white) line.
• 2. Give the right of way to pedestrians if necessary.
• 3. Proceed according to order following the rule explained above
